I start as a seed. I'm planted. I am now a small plant. I am now ready for the budding. The bud determines what kind of citrus I will be...a lemon, a lime, an orange, a grapefruit or a mandarin. I am (the bud) covered with plastic. This is me, the bud, as a baby plant. I have now taken over. Now I am a beautiful plant ready for you!
